COUNSELING AS A JOURNEY

I am a mother of three birth daughters, who are now young adults and who have greatly influenced my journey to healing. My pathway to counseling came through my own personal healing experiences, significant relationships, and the realization of the benefits of having and being a safe space. Through my own journey and recognition of growth and change, I have become even more passionate and committed to helping and supporting others who are on their healing and growth journeys. I believe healing is a lifelong journey, and that we must give ourselves grace and understanding as we continuously learn new and healthy ways to cope and manage life stressors.
