Three Daughters Strong Hearts was created and opened by Dr. Tiffany Stoner-Harris, Ph.D., a licensed counselor in both Illinois and Iowa, who has spent over 20 years working in the mental health field in various capacities and witnessing firsthand the challenges of life that people are faced with. Three Daughters Strong Hearts personal inspiration came from Dr. Stoner-Harris' most important role in life as a mother of three daughters, which allowed her to engage, observe, and understand the strength of a supportive and caring network.
Three Daughters Strong Hearts is here to provide you with that same supportive and caring network, as we help you identify and process the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors around the difficulties of life. Using a strength-based approach, we seek to assist you with becoming the best version of yourself.

Play Therapy
The Association for Play Therapy (2019) defines play therapy as "the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process wherein trained play therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development."
